Role Overview

We are hiring Solar INC Technician and INC Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal

candidates should have hands-on experience in solar system installation, maintenance, and

commissioning. The role requires technical knowledge, fieldwork experience, and leadership for

supervising installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform installation, testing, and commissioning (INC) of rooftop and ground-mounted

solar systems.

● Troubleshoot and maintain solar inverters, panels, and electrical components.

● Supervise on-site installation teams and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

● Coordinate with engineers and project managers for smooth execution.

● Prepare daily work reports and ensure quality standards.

● Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with company and safety norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field.

● 1–3 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, or commissioning (INC).

● Strong technical knowledge of solar panels, inverters, and electrical wiring.

● Ability to lead and manage field teams.

● Must be physically fit and willing to travel to project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
