Inbound Tech Sales Consultant

Job Description: Adeeba e-Services is a leading International BPO specializing in running Inbound tech and website processes. We are dedicated to providing round-the-clock technical assistance to our customers in the US and Canada, with a team of skilled technicians. As a part of our team, your primary responsibility will involve handling inbound calls from customers facing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your role will include diagnosing the problems accurately and providing customers with the most suitable solution. Additionally, you will be expected to offer technical support plans and recommend relevant software to enhance the customer's experience. To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in Outbound Tech Support spanning from 6 months to 1 year. It is essential to have the ability to independently close calls and demonstrate strong convincing and sales skills. A good understanding of BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS is crucial. Moreover, proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to various devices such as computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad is required. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, along with lucrative incentives. The job entails working in US Shifts and provides additional benefits such as fixed salary disbursement on the 1st of every month, generous incentives, 24 leaves per year, comp offs, birthday leaves, daily/monthly incentives, spot incentives, and medical benefits.
