Inbound Sales Specialist / Lead Manager

You will be working for a company that is revolutionizing the travel industry by providing customers with the ability to create a professional website for their travel business effortlessly. This includes features like an online booking engine, back office system, and various digital marketing tools, all designed to streamline the process and enhance the customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to establish initial contact with inbound leads and ensure that they are converted into qualified leads. This involves scheduling follow-up discussions, demos, and meetings with different members of the sales team to move leads through the sales pipeline efficiently. It will be your duty to ensure that no qualified lead is overlooked and that follow-up actions are taken promptly by the sales team. Your role will be crucial in managing the health of the sales pipeline and maximizing conversion rates. The ideal candidate for this position would possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. They should be comfortable engaging with potential customers from India as well as internationally. We are looking for someone who is honest, diligent, persistent, and assertive, with the ability to follow up consistently with salespersons to prevent leads from being lost. You should be willing to make cold calls and engage in conversations with new prospects confidently. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role such as core sales, inbound sales, telesales, or lead qualification will be preferred for this position.,
