Role Overview

We are hiring high-energy Inbound Sales Executives to handle US customers calling in for DirecTV, AT&T Wireless, Internet, and Streaming services.

Your goal: Understand customer needs, pitch the right bundle, and close the sale on the same call.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle live inbound calls from US customers.
• Sell DirecTV (Residential & Commercial), AT&T Wireless & Internet.
• Recommend the best TV + Internet + Wireless bundles.
• Upsell premium channels, DVRs, and wireless add-ons.
• Close sales confidently and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Ensure accurate order placement and documentation in CRM.
• Follow US compliance and quality guidelines.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call.
