Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Calls:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and assist with issues related to products or services.
  • Offer technical or product support, explain features, and guide customers through processes.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Process orders, returns, or exchanges as requested by customers.
  • Maintain records of all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up as needed.
  • Outbound Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, existing clients, or leads.
  • Conduct surveys, offer promotions, or explain products/services to generate interest.
  • Follow up with existing customers regarding account status, renewals, or feedback.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales or opportunities.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services/products to customers.
  • Achieve sales and service targets, maintaining high conversion rates.
