Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Work with the team to meet service level goals and improve processes
Provide feedback on customer service issues and suggest improvements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Proven customer support experience or experience in a client service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Strong command of the language used in customer interactions.
