Job Description

Job Description – Customer Service Executive We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key part in ensuring they have a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer needs effectively and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. Maintain customer records and document interactions for future reference. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Assist in processing orders, refunds, and returns as per company policies. Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience.
