Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Consultant with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our Aviation, Travel & Hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality consulting services to our national and international clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Assist in managing client relationships and contribute to the development of consulting engagements that address client needs and objectives.
Project Delivery: Support the delivery of projects by conducting research, data analysis, and developing insights that drive client success.
Industry Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Aviation, Travel & Hospitality sectors to provide informed recommendations.
Solution Development: Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
Presentation & Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other client deliverables that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and foster a collaborative work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal initiatives to enhance service offerings and improve operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, Economics, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry experience in Aviation, Travel & Hospitality.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
