As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. A career in our Salesforce team will provide the opportunity to help our clients transform their technology landscape across Front, Back and MidOffice functions leveraging Salesforce. We focus on contributing to PwC s value proposition of strategy led and technology enabled , by aligning our Consulting Solutions industry focus with the Salesforce technologies such as Salesforce Platforms, 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.

Required Skills

Must have at least 4 to 6 years experience in Salesforce Testing

Experience with Quality Assurance practices and tools

Experience in Agile projects

Good understanding of Salesforce processes and Salesforce Security

Working experience in different Salesforce Clouds specially Sales, Service and Customer Experience Cloud

Experience of difference types of testing Functional, UI/UX, Regression

Experience in driving SIT and UAT process

Working knowledge of any test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment

Salesforce Admin certification is must to have

Bachelor s degree

Responsibilities

Understanding the requirement and find out the Gaps.

Work collaboratively within a project team.

Create Test plans

Create clear, concise detailoriented test plans/cases.

Design Test Scripts/Cases and execute them in different test environments

Evaluation of test results and tracking defects

Identify any potential quality issues immediately report to manager

Conduct troubleshooting, problem triage and root cause analysis

Analyze the impact of new solutions/enhancements and design proper Regression Test Script

Regression Testing execution

Assist SIT/UAT process

Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.

Experience testing Salesforce platform is required.

Experience in Web Services Testing is preferred (but not mandatory).

Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.

Strong communication skills are required (oral and written)

University degree is must

ISTQB Certification
