Responsibilities
Requirement gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather business requirements for the CRM system
System configuration Assist in customizing and configuring the CRM to meet specific business needs and processes
Data analysis Analyze customer data to identify trends, generate insights, and create reports for decisionmaking
Process improvement Evaluate and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and customer engagement
Testing and support Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and responding to user inquiries
Training Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively use the CRM system
Reporting Generate reports on customer behavior, system performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Data quality Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the CRM system and other platforms
Key skills and qualifications
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with CRM software and related business processes
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
