*Responsibilities:
10+ years of BA experience in IT projects with total I Manage multiple projects concurrently with a focus on Digital Marketing cloud solutions. Work closely with North American clients, providing support aligned with EST and PST time zones. Apply project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, and agile Scrum practices.
Maintain rigor in project management best practices with Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI certification

Coordinate with IT application development teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Drive innovative problem solving, conflict resolution, and detailed project coordination
Strong organizational, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
*Mandatory skill sets
10 to 12 Minimum 8 years of experience, with overall experience ranging from 8 to 16 years.
MBA degree is required, with a background in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred.
Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech) combined with an MBA.
Proven experience managing complex technical projects and teams.
