Design of assembly and components for New Braking System products.

Design of assemblies and components related to - New Braking Systems (Reservoir, Pedal interface parts, AT-Container BOM ......etc. of NBS products such as IPB, iBooster...
In-depth understanding of the technical requirements for design and development of child parts and assemblies.
SE reviews (with supplier and plant), understand requirements and incorporate in design
Preparation and release of 3D-CAD data & Drawings for designed components/assemlies using UG-NX.
Preparation and release of Bill Of Materials for designed components/assemblies
Application of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD &T) while design.
Preferred Technology Supplier Successful new product launches (Project Q,C,D targets)
New Acquisitions / Business -
NBS IPB 2.0, iB-Gen2.1. Facilitate and support implementation of safer new generation systems.
Competency Development Hydraulics & Mechanics Engg

Qualifications

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
Strong engineering fundamentals (Engineering mechanics, Strength of Materials.....)
