Job Description

Those in Microsoft Dynamics CRM at PwC will specialise in analysing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Microsoft CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of experience in IT industry with experience in Digital/Delivery Transformation using Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in Server Side as well as Client Side (SPFX,CSOM,JSOM and Rest Services, React), SharePoint Hosted App, Provider Hosted App), Custom Development using Third Party Tools ( InfoPath), PowerShell scripting, google analytics, ClientSide Scripting (jQuery, angular Js, React ), Data Migration and Quality Reviews along with RFPs and POC.
  • Strong problem solving & technical skills coupled with informed decision making abilities
  • Team leading experience
  • Reporting Understand data sets and possess knowledge of reporting tools like BI Publisher, Analytics etc.

    • Requirements Gathering Conduct requirement gathering, Business Blueprint meetings, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) meetings, and provide training on Primavera P6 EPPM, Primavera Unifier, and Primavera Analytics Implemented Modules.
    • Documentation and Training Create user guides and training materials, conduct training sessions for new users , refresher training, and advanced training courses.
