Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to join our Global Compliance Practice. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in law, compliance, client management. 1. Compliance Experience Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Creation of List of Laws and Compliance checklist for various sectors such as Banks, FMCG etc. Should have international laws experience in areas such as Labor, Environment, Data Protection, Social Security law s. Should have experience in legal updates and process for identification of such updates. Experience in compliance assessments, audits , gap analysis, and risk assessments for clients. Project management is an advantage. Should have managed a team or lead a project. Should have presentation skills including preparation of reports. Mandatory skill set s Global Compliance Preferred skill sets Global Compliance Years of experience required Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in global compliance, including a strong background in legal and regulatory matters.
