You will analyse market trends, assess organisational needs, and provide guidance on technology investments and initiatives. Responsibilities You are the daytoday point of contact for clients and Associate Director and Directors on projects. You structure and engage teams to deliver high quality outputs; Along with senior management, you take the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for challenges that enterprise clients face; You help develop the business and acquire new clients and engagements, including the identification and pursuit of business opportunities by forging strong client relationships; You are involved in defining and delivering digital strategy projects to our clients; You drive strategic discussions regarding business objectives and strategy KPIs. You represent the voice of business strategy, leading the synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data to ensure project address their needs. You drive ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of features and use cases. You help lead a crossfunctional team of strategists and technology experts to deliver clientvalue Mandatory skill sets You have 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, digital concept definition, digital realization; You have delivered advice to clients on how to go from strategy to impactful consumerfacing digital solutions; You have experience with several of the following digital interactions (B2C or B2B) digital service concepts, ecommerce platforms, selfservice platforms, smartphone applications, chatbots etc.; You have experience in project management and know how to ensure to deliver qualitative work in collaboration with client teams. You have a strong business sense and know how to translate business objectives into digital solutions; You partner effectively with business stakeholders & solve problems. You re comfortable and effective at framing decisions with clear and logical arguments; You have extensive experience with design sprints and concept creation with the use of design thinking as a philosophy; You are up to date on digital trends, mobile development, online marketing; You have good product intuition and reinforce decisions through a deep understanding of customer insights and analytical data and are wellversed with using tools like MS Excel and PowerBI for visualisation and analysis; You understand agile development processes and have worked collaboratively with crossfunctional teams; You re comfortable operating in a fastmoving, fluid and dynamic environment.
