Job Summary As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives . They have worked with some of the leading brands of different industry sectors and have significant experience across technology areas in addressing challenges faced by CXOs Use knowledge of FSC, Vlocity Omniscripts , Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components (LWC), etc. Use best practices with respect to application development, integration, deployment, unit & system testing Be able to understand requirements/user stories and work on tasks independently Ability to do feasibility analysis/quick POC s; Understanding of Salesforce limitations and governor limits Ability to understand difference between Out of the box vs customization and implement Requirements Experience in Financial services cloud (FSC) Experience in Salesforce configuration & customization Handson Experience in Vlocity FlexCards , Omniscripts , dataraptors , calculation matrices and integration procedures Experience in Vlocity Health/Insurance domain Minimum 12 months of Vlocity experience Minimum 24 months of Salesforce development experience Certifications Vlocity omniscript developer (must have) PD1 certification (must have) Sales/Service cloud/CPQ/Admin (Good to have) Vlocity /FSC Hiring Data Classification DC1 (Internal) In this document, PwC refers to PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited (a limited liability company in India having Corporate Identity Number or CIN U74140WB1983PTC036093), which is a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited ( PwCIL ), each member firm of which is a separate legal entity. 2021 PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited.
