Responsibilities o Own the orchestration and provisioning of infrastructure resources and environments. o Organize and coordinate complex releases that compromise of cross-functional teams and interrelated applications including infrastructure change per environment. o Identify manage and coordinate dependencies across teams. o Ensure the configuration management tools provide detailed information about each environments configuration. o Develop and maintain release disciplines based on best practices and proven methods. o Communicate release schedules and milestones to stakeholders. o Manage compliance related release schedules. o Document best practices and the release process including roles responsibilities and policies. o Provide input and visibility on code branching to delivery teams and other stakeholders. o Coordinate requests for builds deployments and database refreshes. o Oversee Devops practices. o Monitor and share progress and metrics on release performance. o Create and maintain dashboards for the item above. Required Experience Skills & Knowledge o Strong problem solving skills. o Proven track record of work stream management writing managing and tracking per plan. o Proven ability to effectively lead partner and communicate with the organization to define and execute cross-functional technical initiatives and/or service delivery process. o Strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills using various mediums with broad target audiences. o 7 years technical experience from any of the following disciplines (release management project management development systems administration systems engineering quality assurance) o 3 years experience incorporating governance and regulatory requirements into service delivery or similar processes. o Knowledge of DevOps processes and best practices. o Ability to be flexible and use subject matter experts circumstantial evidence and sound judgement to mitigate risks by adjusting releases and or release management process requirements. o Experience building dashboards and other reporting mediums. Preferred Experience Skills and Knowledge o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. o 3 years of experience defining and executing release process activities. Ex includeplan build and configuration test implementation preparation and communication and review. o Understanding of ITIL release change and project management principles and methodologies. o Knowledge of BDD/TDD practices. o Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code o Strong ability to collaborate on implementation of creative solutions and quantify delivery results. o Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) Named Job Posting?
