In-Process Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO TS 22163.
• Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks on door section components to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.
• Monitor and verify the production process to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues identified during inspections.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards for the door section.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of quality issues.

• Should have 5+ experience in In-Process Quality
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment for quality inspection.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
