& Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hybrid Cloud & Data Center Solutions Consultant to lead the design, consultation, and implementation of modern infrastructure solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), hybrid cloud platforms, and enterprise data center technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to assess needs, architect solutions, and ensure successful deployment and integration of infrastructure systems that support business agility, scalability, and resilience.

Responsibilities

Solution Consultation Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements. Conduct infrastructure assessments and gap analysis. Design scalable, secure, and costeffective hybrid cloud and HCI solutions. Prepare solution architecture documents, BOMs, and implementation roadmaps. Provide technical presales support and participate in RFP/RFI responses. Implementation & Delivery Lead endtoend deployment of HCI and hybrid cloud solutions (e.g., VMware vSAN, Nutanix, Azure Stack HCI). Configure and integrate compute, storage, and network components in data center environments. Migrate workloads from legacy infrastructure to modern platforms. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place. Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning. Client Enablement & Support Deliver technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions. Provide postimplementation support and documentation. Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated issues. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in infrastructure consulting, systems engineering, or cloud architecture. Strong handson experience with Hyperconverged platforms (e.g., VMware vSAN, Nutanix, Cisco HyperFlex) Hybrid cloud solutions (e.g., Azure Stack HCI, AWS Outposts, Google Anthos) Virtualization (VMware, HyperV) Enterprise storage and networking Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible). Solid understanding of data center operations, security, and compliance. Excellent communication, documentation, and clientfacing skills. Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications such as VMware VCP/VCAP Nutanix NCP/NCM Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect AWS Solutions Architect Experience with multicloud management and orchestration tools. Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (IaC). Exposure to enterprise backup, DR, and monitoring tools. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing).
