Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic In-House Trainer (Intern) to support the professional growth and development of our employees.

This role involves conducting daily training sessions on soft skills, grooming, and professional etiquette, as well as monitoring the progress and discipline of employees. You will also organize team-building activities, ensure that employees meet their KRAs and KPIs, and regularly report progress to management.

This is a hands-on, impactful internship that blends learning, leadership, and development ideal for individuals aspiring to build a career in corporate training, HR, or organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily training sessions focused on soft skills, communication, grooming, and professional etiquette.
• Design engaging training materials and development programs aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor employees’ adherence to training guidelines and assess performance against KRAs and KPIs.
• Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one guidance to employees to improve workplace performance.
• Plan and execute team-building activities to enhance collaboration, communication, and workplace morale.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and performance improvement areas.
• Submit regular reports on employee development, engagement, and training outcomes to the company.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate etiquette, soft skills, and team dynamics.
• Ability to motivate and engage employees in a positive learning environment.
• Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, confident, and approachable personality.
• Background in HR, psychology, business management, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
