As an experienced In-House Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire software sales process, starting from lead generation to closing deals. Your role will involve utilizing your strong sales skills, effective communication abilities, and proven track record in software sales to drive successful outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels such as calls, emails, and online research. - Presenting and promoting software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits. - Establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. - Collaborating closely with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Creating proposals, quotations, and diligently following up on sales inquiries. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities using CRM or reporting tools. - Providing valuable client feedback to enhance products and services. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - At least 3-5 years of experience in software sales within the B2B/B2C market. - A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - A good understanding of IT/software products and solutions. - The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
