In House Sales (Software)

We are seeking an experienced In-House Software Sales Executive to handle end-to-end software sales processes from lead generation to closure. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in software sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online research.
• Pitch software solutions to prospective clients and explain product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve products and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software sales (B2B/B2C).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of IT/software products and solutions.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
