In-House Sales Executive

We are hiring SalesTrainee – Techno Sales

Experience: 0–2 years (preferably BPO, Just Dial, IndiaMART, e‑commerce)

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Senior Techno Sales Executive

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Trainee– Techno Sales to join our sales team and assist in driving revenue through technology-based product offerings. Over the training period, you'll ramp up on understanding technical solutions, mastering sales processes, and engaging with prospective clients. Think of this as an apprenticeship where you'll learn, contribute, and prepare for a full-fledged sales role.

Key Responsibilities

-Shadow senior sales team during client calls, presentations, and demos.

Support lead generation: research, qualify, and follow up via calls, emails, and online platforms.

-Assist in preparing sales collaterals, proposals, quotes, and reports

-Learn and work with CRM tools to maintain accurate lead and pipeline data

-Gather and relay market intelligence and customer feedback to internal team

-Participate in sales training sessions, product workshops, and client meetings

What We’re Looking For-Any Graduate

-Preferred: 1–2 years in BPO, inside sales, Just Dial, IndiaMART, or e‑commerce platforms

-Strong English communication –( both written and verbal)

-Basic understanding of technical products or eagerness to learn quicklyConfidence in cold-calling.

Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with MS Office & basic knowledge of CRM tools.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

-Strong Communication Skills (Both English and Hindi)

Pay: ₹8,579.37 - ₹11,000.00 per month
