Job Description

Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
