Role Description

This is an on-site role for a lawyer /advocate located in VBHC HQ at Bengaluru. This law professional will be responsible for dealing with criminal cases filed by the company and providing legal advice, addressing various legal issues, and handling labor and employment law matters. Daily tasks will involve close collaboration with different departments to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in court, of at least 4 years
• Dealing with Police at Station level
• Read, write and speak Kannada proficiently
• Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Kannada legal script
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
