Job Description

Job Overview

The MEP Head will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and maintaining all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across projects. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with Civil, Safety, Admin, and Compliance departments, and ensuring the delivery of energy-efficient, cost-effective, and safe infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and supervision of MEP works.

-Review and approve MEP drawings, designs, BOQs, estimations, and technical specifications.

-Coordinate with Civil, Safety, Quality, and Project Management teams for integrated project execution.

-Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of all MEP systems.

-Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

-Manage vendor selection, material procurement, and equipment installation.

-Monitor site manpower, cost, and resource utilization for maximum efficiency.

-Provide technical expertise and resolve site-level challenges.

-Prepare progress reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.

K ey Performance Indicators (KPIs)

-Timely Completion 100% adherence to MEP project schedules.

-Quality Zero major quality issues or rework in MEP works.

-Safety & Compliance Zero safety violations and 100% compliance with codes/standards.

-Cost Control Execution within approved budget with optimal resource utilization.

-Energy Efficiency Implementation of sustainable and energy-efficient MEP systems.

-Stakeholder Coordination Effective collaboration with Civil, Safety, and Project teams.
Requirements
Requirements

-B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

-10-15 years of proven experience in MEP design, execution, and project management.

-Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and solar-related MEP works.

-Expertise in interpreting drawings, codes, and technical standards.

-Leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
