In-Business Quality Assurance Population Analytics

As part of the Institutional Credit Managements (ICM) team, your primary objective is to provide an integrated end-to-end credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management, monitoring, and reporting for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise. You will be a crucial part of the Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) In-Business Quality Assurance (QA) team within the ICM organization based in Mumbai, India. - Source populations regularly for all QA entities and collaborate with QA Heads to maintain standards for analyzing applicable workflows for WCR Policies, Procedures, and Standards. - Assist in executing Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) by working with multiple teams to select samples, develop test scripts, and ensure timely delivery of robust Quality Assurance results. - Share accurate and timely information related to Population Extract for each QA vertical with QA Leads and Heads. - Coordinate with WLCR and CCR Leads and Heads to provide timely updates to QA Management and address any blockers hindering QAR completion. - Ensure diligent execution of Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for In-Business QA Self-Identified Issues (SII) and submit them for review and closure to the Action Owners. - Participate in designing and communicating Insights and Analytics Management Information (MI) reports and support internal projects and initiatives. - Contribute to WCR IBQA Voice of the Employee (VOE) and diversity and inclusion initiatives. - Travel required (less than 10%). Qualifications Required: - Demonstratable project management or assurance-related experience, with 8-10 years in wholesale banking, credit risk management, operations, or internal audit at an investment or large commercial bank. - Advanced understanding of risk management and control frameworks related to wholesale lending management or equivalent risk discipline. - Proficiency in data analytic tools and executing seamless changes in policies and procedures. - Experience in preparing presentations for senior management.,
