Description Allianz POC 3 Offshore Project Manager SAP Functional Team Leadership Lead and mentor the functional project team including consultants and developers to ensure efficient execution of project deliverables. Stakeholder Management Maintain open communication with stakeholders addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Project Management Manage project timelines budgets and resources ensuring the project is delivered on time and within scope. Change Management Collaborate with the change management team to develop strategies to effectively transition users to the new SAP system. Testing and Quality Assurance Lead the testing process including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the system functions as intended. Configuration and Customization Perform configuration and customization within the SAP system to align with the defined functional specifications. Solution Design Design comprehensive SAP solutions within the relevant modules considering best practices configuration options and integrations to meet project objectives. Requirement Gathering and Analysis Conduct detailed analysis of business needs and translate them into functional specifications for the SAP system working closely with end users and business stakeholders.
