Required Skill Set


  • Key Skills:

     Strong IMS/VoLTE and Kubernetes experience is a must.

  • Core Expertise:

     Deep knowledge of LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/5G, IP, CNF/VNF, Telco & Public Cloud.

  • Cloud & Tools:

     Hands-on with OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Grafana, Microservices.

  • Protocols:

     Proficiency in TCP/IP, Routing, Security, DNS, Diameter, Radius, LDAP, MAP, etc.

  • Troubleshooting:

     Strong Unix/Linux skills, experience with analyzers/tools for network diagnostics.

  • Communication:

     Excellent English, leadership in technical discussions, and clear documentation.

  • Customer Experience:

     24/7 on-call support, escalation management, and cross-team coordination.

  • Location:

     Candidates from Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, or India, with support during US business hours.

  • Delivery:

     Remote delivery, with flexibility for emergencies and pre-approved travel as needed.

  • Scope of Work:

     Includes daily operations, IMS transition to TMO MVNO, automation/security, RCA.

  • Network Functions:

     Involves CNCS, SBC, TAS, AAA, SDL, NCOM, NetAct, HSS/HLR, SMSC, MMSC, etc.


Experience Required: Minimum 6 years
