Job Description: Executive - Import Pricing and Customer Service Company Name: North Star Cargo Location: Mumbai (Bandra) Experience: 3 to 5 years Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and issue accurate and competitive quotations for ocean (FCL/LCL) and air import shipments. Collaborate with overseas agents, carriers, and co-loaders to obtain best possible rates and transit times. Maintain up-to-date pricing records and support sales with market rate insights. Provide proactive updates on shipment status, handle customer inquiries, and manage expectations. Coordinate with internal departments (customs brokerage, transport, warehouse) to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
