Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for negotiating, maintaining and updating tariffs for worldwide destinations on our technology backed tariff management & shipment booking portal. Liaise with Shipping Lines, Overseas Counterparts, Customs Brokers, Transport Vendors, Port Authorities Other Vendors to ensure competitive pricing is sourced and fed in system. Responsible for providing all final billing information and shipping documents to Finance after invoicing. Generate and manage all documentation to provide order support data and facilitate effective shipping procedures. These documents include shipping advice, debit / credit notes, export documentation, legalized documents etc. Ensure that all information being conveyed by the customer to the internal teams is accurate delivery addresses, pricing, cross references, packing, special instructions etc. Requirements : Bachelor's degree required. 5 - 10 years Pricing/Sourcing experience in the field of logistics & freight. Industry Preferred- Freight Forwarding • Excellent negotiation skills specially with liner/Airline & Overseas agents. Extremely well versed with pricing process & current market trend for sourcing the competitive process. Have good skills in Mail Writing and communication skills. Collaborate with overseas agents, carriers, and co-loaders to obtain best possible rates and transit times. Maintain up-to-date pricing records and support sales with market rate insights. Provide proactive updates on shipment status, handle customer inquiries, and manage expectations. Coordinate with internal departments (customs brokerage, transport, warehouse) to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
