Job Objective:

To handle export sales coordination, ensuring smooth order execution from manufacturing to dispatch while maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of export orders by monitoring the product flow from manufacturing to dispatch.
• Maintain and manage complete records of documents, transactions, and material dispatches.
• Keep updated reports for Sample Development and Order Sheets.
• Accurately update orders and product development requests in the system.
• Coordinate with Product Development and Production Teams for ongoing orders and developments.
• Support sales coordination activities to enhance customer satisfaction and timely execution.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of textiles and export processes.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
