Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Export Coordinator located in Mahesana. The Import Export Coordinator will handle key activities including managing import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating shipments, and maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries related to import-export operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Export Documentation, Import Export processes
• Understanding of Import and Export operations
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, or a related field is an advantage
