Implementer Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementer Intern to assist in the implementation of our ERP/SAP/CRM solutions. The intern will work closely with the implementation team to configure, test, and support software deployment for clients. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ERP systems and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements.
• Support the configuration and customization of ERP modules under supervision.
• Help prepare and maintain implementation-related documentation.
• Participate in software testing (UAT) and identify/report issues.
• Support data migration activities and verify data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide basic user training and support during go-live.
• Learn and apply best practices in ERP implementation methodology.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (ERP, SAP, or similar preferred).
• Knowledge of business processes like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, or Accounting is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

• ERPWave/ CRM/ SAP (B1)
• SQL (basic queries)
• MS Excel & Documentation Skills
