Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for an Expert in Zoho Books. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Zoho Books to meet client requirements. Daily tasks include setting up and configuring Zoho Books for clients, troubleshooting and identifying potential system enhancements, managing financial workflows, and ensuring accurate real-time reporting. Additionally, the expert will provide training and support to clients and serve as a consultant for Zoho integrations with other software applications or tools.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Zoho Books, including configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Comprehensive understanding of financial accounting principles, invoicing, and bookkeeping processes
• Ability to work with CRM tools and experience with integrating Zoho Ecosystem applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with workflow automation and process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client training, support, and team collaboration
• Experience with tax compliance, budgeting, or financial modeling is a plus
• CA Inter and discontinued with expert knowledge in Zoho can be the best suite.
• Even a smart, tech savvy Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field can be a fitment.
• Certification in Zoho Books or related Zoho products is a +
