Implementation Executive

As an Implementation Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation and usage of our software products at client locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Ability to travel to client locations as per their requirements - Quick understanding of technical product specifications - Installation of software at client sites as per schedule - Educating and guiding end users on effective product usage and technical troubleshooting - Efficient communication with clients and the head office as needed - Daily generation of MIS reports on work done and timely submission to reporting authority To excel in this role, you must possess good communication skills and be fluent in English and Hindi.
