You will collaborate with customers to align configured modules with their business processes and customize settings to fulfill specific needs. Ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and tax regulations during implementation is crucial, along with conducting configuration review sessions with clients and refining configurations based on feedback. Additionally, you will provide hands-on support during the transition to the live environment, monitor system performance post-go live, and address any queries or issues raised by customers. Staying updated on HRMS updates, new features, and compliance changes is essential, as is ensuring data migration and reporting requirements are effectively met. Your role will also involve advising clients on compliance best practices and ensuring that HRMS configurations align with legal requirements and organizational policies. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience in HRMS configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. A strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR processes is essential, along with effective communication skills to train users, conduct workshops, and address customer queries. Problem-solving abilities to diagnose system issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams are key requirements for this position.
