Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for an Implementation Civil Engineer. The role involves executing detailed civil engineering plans, managing project timelines, coordinating with the team, and ensuring optimal implementation of StrategicERP solutions within the real estate and construction industries. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting project challenges, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to process optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and application of Civil Engineering Design and planning principles
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering fundamentals and experience in Stormwater Management
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team and guide Civil Engineers
• Familiarity with construction practices and knowledge of civil engineering software tools
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Previous experience with ERP software implementation is a plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills
