If you are passionate about making a difference and eager to be a part of this exciting journey, SpotDraft invites you to join their team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in onboarding new customers by understanding their basic requirements and helping configure the SpotDraft platform. - Support senior team members in setting up integrations with tools like CRM, HRMS, or ticketing platforms. - Help maintain documentation for onboarding steps and common support queries. - Provide helpful, prompt communication to customers and internal teams. - Learn to troubleshoot minor technical issues with support from the engineering and product teams. - Collect and share customer feedback to help improve onboarding processes. **Requirements:** - Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/work experience. - Excellent communication skills - clear, friendly, and professional. - Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or Google Workspace tools. - Eagerness to learn about SaaS, APIs, and software implementation. - Organized and detail-oriented, with good time management skills. - Team player who is open to feedback and enjoys solving problems. - A curious mindset and a genuine interest in technology and customer success. - Strong sense of ownership and the ability to prioritize effectively to deliver timely results. - A go-getter attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and contribute beyond your immediate scope when needed.
