Implementation Analyst

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following key aspects: **Role Overview:** You will play a crucial role in the implementation and quality assurance processes for clients. Your responsibilities will include gathering customer requirements, configuring products, executing project plans, managing documentation, performing quality assurance, developing test plans, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet reporting needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Implementation:** - Gather customers requirements and configure products to meet client needs. - Understand and execute project plans, as well as manage document repository for customers. - Assist in documentation of the project and client-related activities. - Participate in client support activities for more complex issues. - Utilize mathematical/statistical skills and programming knowledge to write and understand pseudo-code. - **Quality Assurance:** - Perform quality assurance prior to delivery to clients during the implementation process. - Develop test plans to ensure software configuration and data accuracy for clients" specific use cases. - Participate in defect finding, logging defects, defect verification, and preparing Implementation/QA test plans. - Work with clients and internal teams to define reporting needs, utilize SQL Query Tool experience, and create standard and custom reports. **Qualifications Required:** - A four-year Bachelors degree from a college or university (Computer Science degree preferred). - 0-1 year experience in an IT/Software SaaS company in an implementation, Reporting/QA role, with working knowledge of SaaS and SQL. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and client teams. - Superior written and verbal communication skills, client service orientation, and passion for service excellence. - Excellent organization, time management skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and SQL.
