Position Overview:

Immigration Specialist – Australia

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of Australian immigration services including student, work, visitor, and PR visas.
• Assess clients’ eligibility, provide accurate immigration advice, and recommend suitable visa pathways.
• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications with thorough documentation.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in Australian immigration laws and DIBP regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, legal representatives, and relevant authorities for case updates.
• Maintain proper records, track case progress, and ensure timely submission of applications.
• Assist in marketing efforts and contribute to business development within the Australia vertical.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Australian immigration processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian visa subclasses, migration streams, and documentation requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and case management abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems or immigration case management tools is a plus.
