Immigration Counsellor

As an Immigration Counsellor at our company, your role will involve providing expert guidance on immigration processes related to student visas, work permits, and permanent residency. You will be responsible for assisting clients in preparing and submitting accurate immigration documentation. It will be essential for you to stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide the best assistance to clients. Conducting consultations to assess client eligibility, recommending suitable immigration pathways, and preparing clients for interviews with immigration authorities will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining detailed records of client interactions and case progress, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and trust, will be key aspects of your role. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely updates is also crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance on immigration processes including student visas, work permits, and permanent residency. - Assist clients in preparing and submitting accurate immigration documentation. - Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures. - Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration pathways. - Prepare clients for interviews with immigration authorities and support them during hearings if needed. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and trust. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely updates. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in Immigration Counselling. - Strong multitasking and time management skills. - Prior experience in immigration counseling or legal services is preferred. - Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
