Immigration Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Immigration Assistant to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and develop a strong foundation in immigration law and processes for New Zealand and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Licensed Immigration Advisers and Migration Agents in client case management and documentation.
• Review and organize client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration requirements.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and update them on their case progress.
• Support advisers in preparing application forms, cover letters, and other required documentation.
• Conduct research on immigration policies and procedures to support case assessments.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in immigration or legal assistance is an advantage but not mandatory.
