Job Description

As an Immigration Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for managing and processing EB-1, O-1, and H-1B visa petitions from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include: - Drafting and reviewing detailed petition letters, supporting documentation, and evidence packages. - Conducting in-depth research to support petition arguments such as publications, citations, awards, and expert letters. - Maintaining compliance with USCIS regulations and staying updated on adjudication standards and RFE trends. - Ensuring that case files are complete, accurate, and meet USCIS quality standards before submission. - Identifying opportunities for automation and tech-enhanced workflows in the immigration process. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Immigration. - Exposure to EB-1, H-1B, and O-1 visa applications is strongly preferred. - A deep understanding of U.S. immigration law, USCIS petition criteria, and evidence requirements. - Outstanding drafting, analytical, and organizational skills. - The ability to manage multiple complex cases under tight deadlines. - Proficiency with Google Suite and adaptability to new legal tech tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to work partially during U.S. business hours when needed.
