Job Title: Immigration Analyst Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Experience: 3+ Years Responsibilities Manage and process EB-1, O-1 and H-1B, visa petitions from start to finish. Draft and review detailed petition letters, supporting documentation, and evidence packages. Conduct in-depth research to support petition arguments (e.g., publications, citations, awards, expert letters). Maintain compliance with USCIS regulations and stay current on adjudication standards and RFE trends. Ensure case files are complete, accurate, and meet USCIS quality standards before submission. Identify opportunities for automation and tech-enhanced workflows in the immigration process. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Immigration . Exposure to EB-1, H-1B and O-1 visa applications is strongly preferred. Deep understanding of U.S. immigration law, USCIS petition criteria, and evidence requirements. Outstanding drafting, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple complex cases under tight deadlines. Proficient with Google Suite and adaptable to new legal tech tools.
