Role & responsibilities

Security operation.
Control Room operation.
Access Control.
Vehicle Management.
Billing of security agencies.
SOP, Documentation & Auditing.
Periodical inspection of vehicles. Checking of transport bills.
Supervision of checking at gate.
Verification of documents of incoming & outgoing vehicles.
Issue of temporary passes.
Coordination of all departments. Weigh bridge operation & calibration.
Training on Security & safety to guards.
Collection & dissemination intelligence.
Ensure visitors entry & exit rules.
Conduct security mock drill.
Liaison with Police & Govt. Administration.
Maintenance of security gadgets.
