Job Description:

• Provide Client Support services in accurate and timely fashion.

• Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction internally and externally.

• Build positive and productive interactions with clients.

• Maintain frequent client follow ups and interactions to strengthen client relationships.

• Analyze and resolve Customer Service issues promptly.

• Promptly adhere and respond to tasks given by the Reporting Manager on a daily Basis.

• Negotiate/ Close Deals and handle customer objections and escalations.

• Regular Follow up activity with clients through emails, phone calls and maintaining smooth client interaction.

• To provide speedy resolution.

• Excellent Communication skills, Clear accent, pleasant voice, telephone etiquette and good listening skills.

• Any graduate.

• Go-getter attitude.

• Able to work on deadlines.

• Work timings - Night Shifts from 9 pm to 6 am.
