Job Description

JD - Reporting - Team Lead

Description:

As a team leader, candidate will be the contact point for all team members, so candidates communication skills should be excellent. Candidate should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines and ensure team deadlines are met
Oversee day-to-day operation to ensure all scheduled activities are done in time
Establish and implement policies and procedures and ensure that these are followed consistently and highlight necessary amendments
Communicate to team the mission and goals of the business unit and what is expected from them to achieve these results. Facilitate direct reports in reaching their professional goals
Discover training needs and provide coaching, prepare and deliver performance reviews
Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Encourage team and leverage technology systems and tools for report rendering, task management, execution, and delivery
Responding to queries from stakeholders, management of complaint, breach and incident reporting
Focused on continuous improvement initiatives, report automation, and any other firm initiatives
Time and resource management of the team

Communication:

Effectively communicates the progress of work with relevant stakeholders on periodic

basis using simple, clear and concise language

Sets appropriate expectations for all deliverables and alert stakeholders, if any deliverables are going to be delayed
Provide decision enabling insights in addition to or along with data

Requirements:

Any regular bachelor degree with a strong academic record
Digital Marketing courses like Adword certification is mandatory
Should have worked in team leading role at least for two years
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel is mandatory
Must have strong Business analytical skills demonstrated by ability to analyse complex data
Experience with digital marketing data analytics, Youtube data analytics, market research or quantitative analysis will be preferred
Must have good knowledge of VBA, SQL, Javascript & related technology
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
Should have 4-5 years of experience in working with international clients (in a sales or customer support job)
Ability to work under stringent timeline while adapting to dynamic changes in the project
Willing to perform detailed and repetitive tasks
Must be able to work in 24/7 business hours
