Immediate Openings for Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Implementation

• Develop and manage programs aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct needs assessments and draft program proposals
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of program activities

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Track program performance and outcomes
• Prepare reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Use data to inform program improvements

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor program staff and volunteersons

Compliance & Reporting

• Manage program budgets and financial documentation
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies or related field
• 1–6 years of experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
• Fluency in English and local language(s)

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with marginalized communities
• Passion for social change and community empowerment
• Candidates only from Karnataka and Kannada is a must
