Sr. Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and qualify leads in non-voice BPO outsourcing.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from planning to closure.
Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and position our offerings as premium solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Build, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to identify potential business areas and optimize sales conversion.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in
BPO sales
, focusing on
non-voice processes
such as Mortgage, Insurance, Front office, Back office, and Data Entry outsourcing.
Demonstrable success in lead generation, conversion, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and innovate in sales approaches.
